Diana
Bourel is a trained past life therapist, kinesiology practitioner
and certified yoga instructor who has been actively involved
in the field of transpersonal psychology and holistic therapies
since the late 80’s. Intrigued by bioenergetics, physics,
and the East-West fusion of treatment modalities that were
emerging, she moved to Europe where she studied, then taught
techniques for managing stress, releasing blocked emotional
patterns and accompanying clients through the process of
spiritual emergence and transformation. She became involved
in the French transpersonal movement, and, while living
in France, was invited to translate the teachings of visiting
English-speaking spiritual teachers. The intense period
of spiritual initiations that she underwent became the matrix
for ‘Coming Home”, an integrative approach to
mindful living. Diana’s intuitive healing work is
a tapestry of many different healing traditions. As a yogini,
she applies the science of these traditions and disciplines
toward the art of yoga, creatively teaching and coaching
students. She has been featured in a number of international
publications, including the London Times, the Sunday London
Times, International Herald Tribune, Tatler, Telegraph,
the Observer, Votre Beaute, New York Magazine, Departures,
Town & Country, Travel & Leisure, Spa Magazine,
Fit Yoga, Elite Traveler, Coast…
For many years, Diana was the coordinator
for the Mind, Body and Spirit program she created and ran
at Cap Juluca, a luxury resort in Anguilla. Currently, she
teaches and runs a consulting practice in St. Barth, and
travels for private teaching, consulting, life coaching
and workshops to the USA and Europe.
Diana is an Ecuadorian-American woman who was educated in
both the USA and Europe. She speaks Spanish, English and
French fluently. She is 46, married, has one child, and
resides in St. Barthelemy, FWI.
