  • Rustic Vegetable Soup,  Chicken Roulade stuffed with Spinach and Artichokes accompanied by Penne Pasta with Sundried Tomato Basil Pesto
  • New Orleans Fish Soup Blackened Mahi Mahi with Pineapple Salsa, Sweet Potato Mash, and Brocolini
  • Challah Rolls, ½ Pan with Cholent, Chopped Liver, Turkey, Pastrami, & Corned Beef, Coffee Cake, and Gefilta Fish with Red Horseradish
  • Smokey Tomato Soup with Fresh Basil, Miso Glazed Corvina with Baby Bok Choy and Kamut Rice

Dinner:

  • Roasted Corn and Pepper Soup, Pan Seared Chilean Sea Bass with Sweet Balsamic Reduction, accompanied by Truffle Mushroom Risotto and Baby Carrots. Dessert to be Parve Oreo Cheese Cake
