Eden Rock on St Barth

The Eden Rock lies on a rocky promontory surrounded by a coral reef and beautiful turquoise blue sea. Enjoying some of the most spectacular scenery and jutting into Baie de St. Jean.
Built about 50 years ago by Remy de Haenen, Eden Rock was St Barth's first hotel. The current owners, David and Jane Matthews, an English couple have sympathetically refurbished and improved the facilities, creating a small intimate resort, a kind of tropical country house.
Eden Rock welcomes guests to its sixteen crisp, newly decorated rooms situated on different levels of either the rock itself or the beach. Each room is air conditioned and appointed with antique beds, netting, pasted quilts, and fabulous ocean views… a mesmerizing experience! A private open air spa has been constructed with sea water pools and spectacular views of the ocean - perfect for relaxation. General facilities include two restaurants and bars, the One-The-Rocks Restaurant and The Tapas Bar, open for dinner on top of the rock with breath taking views of the reef - and the Sand Bar for intimate lunches with feet in the sand.
The Relais et Chateaux group includes the Eden Rock in their "luxury collection" of hotels.

Children: Welcome - Children under the age of 6 are free in parents room and for those older than 6 the cost is €105 per night. The hotel does not allow a 3rd adult in the rooms. The Cabin is a wonderful room, suitable for children.

Pets: Pets are allowed upon request.
