James and Vincent, my apologies for the tardiness in sending this message. Thank you for arranging yet another wonderful trip to St. Barth. It has become such a special place for us and we thank you for it. The Guanahani was again amazing. Our airport transfers were very easy.

I can also,without reservation, attest to James and Vincent's outstanding service and attention to detail in their work. A few years ago Peter and I wanted to send an unusual bouquet of island flowers to some guests staying at a villa on St. Barth's. I was at a loss as to how to go about securing a creative florist to accomplish this turnaround in one day's time. Bing....magic happened. James delivered the most stunning flowers to our guests, and I wouldn't hesitate to utilize their services at any time. It's kinda like the motto of the Ritz Carlton ...."It is our great pleasure to have ladies and gentlemen taking care of ladies and gentlemen." In PremiumIV's case, it is 2 very fine gentlemen. The newly designed website is great. Very easy to navigate and it makes clear what your services are. It's terrific that you have kept your rates reasonable for your airport arrival assistance. You were such a help to our son when he came through SXM in 2010. Thanks for everything you do to serve visitors to St. Barth. You and Vincent saw a real need and have met it magnificently.

Great job on the site. I have thought for a long time that you do a lot of stuff about which most people have no idea and that what you do really needed more exposure. You have done it!
For anyone who knows the island and for those who don't, there is simply no better 'go to' source than Premuim IV. And no they did not pay me to say that. It can be extremely frustrating to accomplish the most simple task in the West Indies that we in the 'States' take for granted as a matter of course, and these guys "get it done". And with a smile.

Hello Vincent and James,

I just wanted to let you know what a good guy Rinaldo, in SXM, is!

On our girl's trip a couple weeks ago, my daughter called me from Charlotte, telling me USAir took her carry-on bag, and made her check it. She was in a panic, thinking there was not enough time in SXM to get the bag and get to Winair.
I left from JFK, and was there an hour before her......as I stepped off the plane and went towards the transfer desk, I saw Rinaldo. I showed him a photo of my daughter, and he went and got her and her bag, and we made the flight no problem.

I was so happy with the service in SXM ,and just wanted to let you know.

I can't tell you enough how the VIP service and the welcome goodies brightened our trip. I don't know if you routinely offer those services for clients who book with you, but that alone would make me use PIV again. I also truly appreciate your responsiveness.

Amelie was beautiful. The decor was amazing, and the open air living room/kitchen were ideal. ER

Vincent, I cannot thank you enough for the most beautiful Fairy Tale wedding you helped to make possible for my daughter Ashley..and yes, she did marry a prince of a guy. Everything from the selected villas (Italia,The Peak, Pasha, and Walhalla-my favorite!), Fanfan's beautifully arrangements candle and vibrant colors of tropical and unique flowers,photography,transportation, the personal care of the ladies from Ligne St Brats spa who did amazing hair and ,nails,and makeup, music,and your personal attentiveness and sincere caring and thoughtfulness is truly appreciated. The musicians and the minister, Rev. Dr. Niles did such an absolutely wonderful job. All those catering and serving and pouring and smiling at every location added festivity and excitement to the Villa Party, Beach Day bar-b-que at La Gloriette, The rehearsal at Eden Rock, the Bridal Buffet at Le Toiny, and the piece of heaven on earth place for a wedding-Vie de Rose,,,exquisite food, service, politeness, and special touchess!!! Everything went just perfect and even our luggage loss (St Barth to St Maarten on Winair) turned out to be not a problem for you. I guess without you we really would have had lots of trouble to get our luggage back (on-time)......

I was a bit nervous when Phil's carry on did not make the plane-his meds were in it. Vincent did his magic and all was handled professionally and courteously. Thanks for all you do Amy

I know there is much continued discussion about them, but just a shout-out to Premium IV. Piece of mind is priceless concerning all the moving parts of a trip, and this outfit wins high accolades from The DB family for making it all smooth sailing! Can't recomend them enough.

To Premium IV With time to spare my family caught the Voyager last night to make the rough trip to St. Barth. U.S. Air landed at SXM at 5:21 pm. Premium IV grabbed them off the plane, whisked them through immigration, and quickly stuffed them into a waiting taxi cab for the ride to Marigot. Their haste was interrupted by the open drawbridge, but the ferry thankfully didn't leave until 6:30 pm. Two factors were crucial, carrying on all their luggage and the assistance of Premium IV. Vincent even showed up on the dock in Gustavia to have a pleasant conversation with me while we awaited the ferry's arrival. Premium IV was professional, proficient, and pleasant in accomplishing their task.

Premium IV We were a prty of 12. James and his associates got us through PJIA, coordinated our charter planes with St. Barth Commuter, and got us all back and through PJIA without a hitch. We had people leaving SBH on different days and at different times, and Premium IV performed like champs. Thanks,

Just had to give a plug to Premium IV. We were supposed to arrive in SXM on US Air at 4:08 pm. on Sat., Feb 4. Our SBH Winair flight was supposed to be at 5:00 pm. After some bad travel experiences posted on the board we were worried about making our Winair flight. So just he day before our trip we hired Premium IV to escort us through SXM. Good move. 100 Euros well spent.

We were still sitting on the tarmac at 4:40 pm in SXM with no where to park (as the pilot explained and it looked to be true). SXM airport was crazy. Five minutes later we started to disembark. Walked toward the In-Transit Gate and there stood a friendly official in an orange vest holding a sign with our name on it. "Renaldo" inquired as to our checked bags, took our tickets, passports and escorted us through the In-Transit Gate in no time (as there was no one there waiting anyway). But as we went through the door to SEcurity, there was a mob. Renaldo told us to stay very close behind him. We went straight through the mob and straight through the x-ray machines very quickly. We were given more than a few dirty looks! The Winair lounge was packed with people. We walked straight up to the Winair desk where we stood for 15 seconds max as Renaldo said a few words to the agent. We were told to step out the door and get in the line on the sidewalk for the next flight. Stood there for 5-10 minutes and on the plane we went. Arrived in SBH to find the handsome Vincent of Premium IV with a sign with our name. He took our baggage tickets, we got the rental car. Waited 15 or so minutes for the bags to arrive on another flight and off we went.

Highly recommend. Cannot sing the praises of Premium IV enough. Wonderful experience!
