St Barts Villa Owners

If you own a rental villa on St Barts, and whether you live on St Barts or not, Premium IV can provide your guests with high level concierge services even before they arrive.

This enables you to upsell your property, providing services that perhaps you and your villa manager do not have the time to provide yourselves.

This will make your villa more attractive on the rental market, and put you ahead of the competition.

We are bilingual in French and English, smartly dressed, and have a long background in customer service at the highest level.

We have all the resources on the island at our fingertips.

As you like, we will speak to your clients before they arrive and have their arrival, activities and services all put into place before they arrive.

If you prefer, you maintain all client contact, and direct us yourself.

When they are on the island, they can call us anytime night or day.

Other than the cost of our own time when our own labour is required, there are no surcharges for booking massages, boat excursions, private chefs, car rental etc to either you or your client.

For St Barts villa owners we have a discounted rate of 50 euros an hour for shopping and delivery services.

Meet and greet services at either the airport or dock are charged at a flat fee of 50 euros.

We have already signed up with a selection of villa owners, and can provide you with references and contact details on request.

If you are renting your villa directly yourself, Premium IV will provide 24/7 support for all of your clients' vacation needs.

Given that we are available 24/7 we can also serve as a message service for technical and emergency issues.

If you are renting through an agency, we can provide services not currently offered. Such as daily shopping services, delayed baggage delivery and, again, 24/7 support for any request or question your client may have.

We have no office hours.
