Food is central to a St Barts stay. Villas have kitchens; yachts need regular resupply; and many guests want a stocked fridge on arrival day. Premium IV handles the shopping, delivery, and coordination with chefs and caterers so you do not spend holiday time in checkout queues.

How provisioning works on St Barts
We work from your list—or help you build one based on party size, length of stay, and kitchen setup. For arrival day, send the list several days ahead when possible; peak season and same-day requests depend on staff availability.
Deliveries go to villas across the island, hotel suites, and yachts (Gustavia dock or tender arrangements offshore). Receipts are provided; groceries are charged at cost plus the fees below.

Pricing
- €60 per hour shopping fee (villa owner direct rate for Premium IV labour is €50 per hour when owner-arranged—see About Premium IV)
- 5% set-up charge on the total provision invoice
Private chef grocery shopping is billed separately at 35% of the grocery bill when the chef service includes shopping (see the private chefs page for menu and staff rates).
