Inbound VIP Airport Service From St Maarten to St Barts
On Arrival in Sint Maarten
- The agent will meet you at the TRANSFER INFORMATION DESK, located before immigration.
- DO NOT PASS IMMIGRATION; follow the lane marked “transit / boarding passes”.
- The agent will take care of you from that point, provide fast-track customs assistance, and help collect and check your luggage for the connecting flight.
- Boarding passes will be issued, and you will be escorted to the boarding area.
- Upon arrival in St Barth, collect your luggage from the carousel; the hotel or villa agent will be waiting outside the arrivals hall.
- If your luggage is delayed due to onboard restrictions, we will track it and arrange delivery to your place of stay.
Inbound VIP Airport Service From St Barts to St Maarten
For departure from St Barts:
- Your passports and luggage (including carry-on) will be collected in advance, or we can meet you directly at the airport.
- You must arrive at the airport 60 minutes before departure to check in. Due to a new policy, guests are required to be present at the counter. Passports and boarding passes will be handled for you.
- Upon arrival at SXM, the agent will meet you at the TRANSFER INFORMATION DESK, before immigration.
- DO NOT PASS IMMIGRATION; follow the lane marked “transit / boarding passes”.
- The agent will fast-track you, take you to the counter, handle your luggage, and escort you to the boarding area.
Make sure to send us Airline booking confirmation number and passport, also to fill in the “Sint Maarten entry form” within 7 days prior to your arrival.

If you miss your connection, we will do everything we can to rebook a later flight, organize a private charter flight, book a ferry or even find a hotel for the night before making arrangements for the next day, if necessary.
