Our VIP airport service covers meet-and-greet, fast-track customs and immigration on the transit route, luggage handling, and coordination of onward transport between Juliana International Airport (SXM) on Sint Maarten and Gustaf III Airport (SBH) on St Barts.

At both airports
International arrivals at SXM can be busy. Gustaf III has restricted opening hours, connections use small aircraft, and weather at either airport can disrupt schedules. We keep dedicated staff at both airports to simplify the transfer.
On Sint Maarten, your agent meets you at the Transfer Information Desk before immigration. You follow the lane marked “transit / boarding passes”—do not pass immigration. The agent assists with fast-track processing, luggage check for your connecting flight, and boarding passes.
On St Barts, your agent meets you outside arrivals after you collect luggage from the carousel. Delayed bags due to weight restrictions are tracked and delivered to your accommodation.

Premium IV agents handle the VIP service at both airports. Connecting flights and ferries are operated by independent carriers.

Prices quoted are per group, not per traveller. Please contact us for larger groups.
- 50% cancellation fee 72 hours before arrival; 100% within 24 hours. Service can be rebooked at no extra charge.
- During the high holiday season, contact us directly—we are busy scheduling agents.
- Online bookings made within 48 hours will not be honoured. Contact us directly for short-notice bookings.
VIP airport service may be included at no charge on selected villas booked through Premium Island Vacations, at Premium IV’s discretion. The standard 10% concierge administration fee is unchanged.
