Inbound VIP service: St Maarten to St Barts
On arrival in Sint Maarten
- The agent meets you at the TRANSFER INFORMATION DESK, located before immigration.
- DO NOT PASS IMMIGRATION; follow the lane marked “transit / boarding passes”.
- The agent takes care of you from that point, provides fast-track customs assistance, and helps collect and check your luggage for the connecting flight.
- Boarding passes are issued, and you are escorted to the boarding area.
- Upon arrival in St Barth, collect your luggage from the carousel; the hotel or villa agent waits outside the arrivals hall.
- If your luggage is delayed due to onboard restrictions, we track it and arrange delivery to your place of stay.
Inbound VIP service: St Barts to St Maarten
For departure from St Barts
- Your passports and luggage (including carry-on) are collected in advance, or we meet you directly at the airport.
- Arrive at the airport 60 minutes before departure to check in. Due to a new policy, guests must be present at the counter. Passports and boarding passes are handled for you.
- Upon arrival at SXM, the agent meets you at the TRANSFER INFORMATION DESK, before immigration.
- DO NOT PASS IMMIGRATION; follow the lane marked “transit / boarding passes”.
- The agent fast-tracks you, takes you to the counter, handles your luggage, and escorts you to the boarding area.

If you miss your connection
We rebook a later flight where possible, organise a private charter, book a ferry, or arrange overnight accommodation before continuing the next day.
