Matching staff to your stay
Describe the property, dates, hours needed, and level of formality. We check availability among staff we know on island, align language preferences (French and/or English), and confirm whether live-in or live-out cover suits your villa layout.
Many villas include daily housekeeping in the rental; butler and PA cover is additive—for mealtimes, events, or guests who want a single point of contact for the week.
Staff are independent professionals, not Premium IV employees. We coordinate booking and timing; day-to-day direction comes from you or your estate manager.
Hourly and daily rates depend on the length of your stay and the services required—butler cover for one formal dinner differs from a full week of live-in service. We quote per request. Coordination fees are explained on About Premium IV.
