Special event management on St Barts for weddings, anniversaries, private parties, and corporate gatherings. Premium IV has handled events from small family groups to celebrations for hundreds of guests since 2005.
Scope includes venue sourcing, vendor coordination, catering, entertainment, styling, and on-the-day logistics—we run the schedule and supplier calls so you can host your guests.

Production and entertainment
Musicians and DJs — Local performers and artists brought in from neighbouring islands when needed (jazz ensembles, live bands, DJs).
Event lighting — Ambient and stage lighting for villas, beaches, and presentation setups, including high-tech production for larger parties.
Flowers and décor — Full themed decoration for villas, yachts, and venues.
Fireworks — Private displays, including offshore barge launches where permitted.
Catering — Island caterers, private chefs, and service teams from canapés through multi-course seated dinners.
We have produced large-scale parties with fireworks from barges, dancers and bands shipped from other islands, and full themed production. We also arrange small weddings for two guests and everything in between.

Island constraints
Venue choice matters. Many villa owners do not allow events on their properties—we help you find suitable villas, beaches, or other locations early in planning.
The main practical restriction for neighbours is noise. On St Barts, noise limits generally take effect from 1:00 a.m. We factor that into music, fireworks, and teardown timing.
St Barts is a small island—supplier availability and access roads also matter. We advise on what is realistic, obtain quotes, and coordinate execution.
