Most guests on St Barts stay in a private villa rather than a hotel. Premium IV does not rent villas. Property selection, rental contracts, and villa inventory are handled by Premium Island Vacations—a separate company with its own team and long-standing relationships across the island.
Premium IV handles concierge coordination before and during your stay: provisioning, staff, reservations, transfers, and day-to-day requests. We work with guests staying in any villa, regardless of who they booked with. In busy periods we may prioritise clients in Premium Island Vacations properties.

- Pre-arrival planning with your villa manager or owner where applicable
- On selected properties, VIP airport service may be included at no charge, at Premium IV’s discretion

- First-night and arrival provisioning
- Private chefs, housekeeping, babysitters, and event staff
- Restaurant reservations, boat charters, and island logistics
- 24/7 guest support where agreed with owners or agencies
How villa rental works
You share travel dates, number of guests, and budget with Premium Island Vacations. Their team presents suitable properties, handles the rental agreement, and coordinates with the villa team on access and house rules.
Peak season (roughly December–April) fills early. Starting the search ahead of travel improves choice, especially for larger groups or specific locations.
Who does what
- Premium Island Vacations — villa inventory, rental terms, and property-side coordination (separate company)
- Premium IV — concierge bookings and on-island logistics
- Villa staff — many properties include housekeeping; extra services are arranged through Premium IV as needed
Fees
Concierge fees and owner rates are set out on About Premium IV. Premium IV and Premium Island Vacations remain separate companies—concierge administration is not reduced when you rent through PIV.
